Get to know me
Hello friend! I'M NATI
Self-Love Coach, Astrologer, entrepreneur, mamá of two, and a multi passionate, curious human.
A few things about me
How to begin summarizing all that I am in one single page?
It’s hard, because who I am is constantly changing.
Some things that never change:
My name is Natalia, but everyone calls me Nati (or Nats). NEVER Naty pls and thx
I’m married to Pablo — we all call him Pabs — and I’m mamá to two beautiful kids: Luna and Blas.
I’m a bilingual bb from Chile, but grew up in an international community, and English is my preferred language (sorry Spanish, love you).
I’m a Gemini Sun, Aquarius Rising and Aquarius Moon. Triple air, baby.
I’m a 2/4 Projector.
I’m the oldest of 4 siblings (and the coolest, hehe.)
I’m passionate about helping people know and trust themselves, through coaching & astrology.
I’m committed to being a lifelong student.
I’m the proud owner of Free The Mama, a clothing brand for breastfeeding mamas.
I believe I was put on this Earth to share and communicate what I’m learning, as I’m learning it.
I love dancing, and if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll probably see me having dance parties for one in my kitchen every now and then.
I LOVE reading and wish I could spend all my free time with my nose in a book.
MY STORY
I’VE LIVED MANY LIVES INSIDE OF THIS ONE.
In each of these lives, I’ve felt like I was living the final version of myself. Like, okay, THIS is who I am now and this is who I’ll always be… right?
Wrong.
I carry these versions of myself within me. Some with tenderness. Some with cringe. Some with deep gratitude.
But I’ve also learned to let myself change.
To outgrow identities without making them wrong.
To grieve who I’ve been while still trusting who I’m becoming.
That’s a big part of why I do the work I do.
Because I know what it feels like to be between versions of yourself. To not fully recognize who you are anymore, while also sensing that something new is trying to emerge.
In my blog & podcast, you can find snippets of my story. I’m conscious not to define myself only by who I am today, because I know who I am is constantly transforming, with no clear beginning and no visible end.
My philosophy
Things life has taught me
You can outgrow old versions of yourself without making them wrong.
Not every version of you is meant to last forever. Some versions were necessary, beautiful, messy stepping stones that helped you become who you are today.
The relationship you have with yourself shapes everything.
How you speak to yourself, trust yourself, care for yourself, and show up for yourself affects every relationship and every decision in your life.
Self-abandonment rarely happens all at once.
It usually happens in small daily moments. When you silence your needs, ignore your inner voice, or repeatedly break the promises you make to yourself.
Motherhood doesn’t have to mean losing yourself.
Becoming a mother can transform you deeply, but it doesn’t have to mean the end of your ambition, creativity, purpose, or dreams (!!)
Motherhood didn’t end my career. In many ways, it expanded it — hello Free The Mama.
Sometimes transformation begins with a seed.
A question / A perspective shift / A new belief.
What seems small in the moment can quietly change the way you see yourself… and eventually, your entire life.
Planting (metaphorical) seeds is my passion.
The answers you seek are often already within you.
Most people don’t need someone to hand them all the answers.
They need space. Reflection. Language. And the right questions to access what they already know.
Self-love isn’t somewhere you arrive, it's the base.
So many people treat self-love like a finish line, something they’ll finally arrive at once they’ve healed enough, grown enough, or fixed enough about themselves.
I see it differently.
Self-love is the place from which you move.
The way you speak to yourself. The choices you make. The boundaries you set. The promises you keep.
Motherhood changed me… and that’s not a bad thing.
Becoming a mother has been one of the most beautiful, humbling, expansive, and identity-shifting experiences of my life.
It’s rearranged my priorities and cracked me open.
It also challenged so many ideas I had about productivity, ambition, success, and self-worth.
My life was headed in one direction, and I had my daughter Luna. Pivot — I created Free The Mama and became the entrepreneur I am today.
After having my second kid, life in the city just didn’t make sense anymore — so we decided to move to the ocean/forest/campo, Matanzas, in order to raise our kids and run our businesses in a slower way.
I’m building a life that feels like mine, and I can thank motherhood for that.
Thanks for being here.
Whether you’re here because of coaching, astrology,
or simple curiosity:
I hope something in my work helps you feel a little more seen, understood, and connected to yourself.
