hello my friend.
do you…
feel like you’ve outgrown a version of yourself, but don’t fully know who you’re becoming yet?
know what you need, but struggle to honor it?
feel stuck between where you are and where you know you could be?
find yourself constantly overthinking, second-guessing, or doubting your decisions?
keep putting yourself at the bottom of your own priority list?
keep abandoning yourself in small everyday ways?
feel disconnected from yourself, your needs, or what you truly want?
struggle to trust yourself and the promises you make to yourself?
crave change, but feel overwhelmed by where to even begin?
Life asks us to become different people over and over again.
And suddenly, the version of you that once fit so comfortably begins to feel too small.
These transitions often come with uncertainty, grief, self-doubt, and questions that don’t have immediate answers.
It can feel like something is wrong with you.
But often, nothing is wrong.
You’re simply growing.
Growth asks us to let go.
And it’s hard to release an old version of yourself when you haven’t fully met the next one yet.
This is where many people begin abandoning themselves: silencing their needs, doubting their inner voice, and losing trust in themselves.
That’s why self-love matters most during seasons of change.
Self-love is self-trust in action.
To me, self-love goes far beyond how you feel about yourself.
It’s reflected in how you treat yourself.
How you speak to yourself.
The boundaries you set.
The choices you make.
And whether or not you follow through on the promises you make to yourself.
The people I work with don’t necessarily need more information.
Most already know themselves quite well.
What they’re often missing is the trust to act on what they already know.
That’s why my coaching is built around a simple framework:
Awareness
Understanding yourself more deeply.
- Your patterns.
- Your desires.
- Your fears.
- Your strengths.
Trust
Learning to listen to yourself again.
- Strengthening your inner voice.
- Building confidence in your decisions.
- Rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself.
Action
Taking meaningful, aligned action.
- And no, you don't need to make huuuge leaps.
- Just intentional baby steps that honor who you are and where you’re going.
And here’s the beautiful part:
Every action becomes evidence.
Evidence that you can trust yourself.
And the more you trust yourself, the easier it becomes to take action.
Hi! I’m Nati
Self-Love Coach, Astrologer, entrepreneur, and mamá of two.
I’ve learned that growth isn’t always about becoming “better.”
Often, it’s about becoming more you.
Over the years, through motherhood, marriage, entrepreneurship, and many identity shifts of my own, I’ve learned what it feels like to outgrow a version of yourself.
To feel the pull toward something new while also feeling afraid to let go of what’s familiar.
That’s why this work matters so deeply to me.
I help people reconnect with themselves, build self-trust, and move through life with greater clarity and intention.
I’m not here to give you all the answers (cuz honestly, I don’t have ’em).
My goal is to help you access the ones already within you.

I feel more aware, more comfortable in my own skin and that is big for me. I feel safer with my thoughts and more confident in my actions in life.
— Lamees, Egypt
This experience was about grounding in what matters to me in this moment of my life as a new mom. It has helped me connect with who I am now and what I want now in a bold and honest way.
— Allie, Mexico
Nati really pushed me to do what I have been putting off for years — putting myself out there and starting to create and share my art. I have a renewed sense for my vision and goals, and I am so eager to keep the momentum going!
— Lauren, Washington
Nati took a dependent Gen who was afraid of change and broke her out of her shell and led the way of her becoming an Independent Gen.

COACHING WORKS BEST WHEN…
Coaching is a deeply collaborative process. The biggest shifts tend to happen when you come in open, honest, and willing to participate in your own growth.
This work tends to be powerful when...
You’re willing to look inward with honesty and curiosity.
You’re open to meaningful, sometimes uncomfortable conversations.
You’re willing to take responsibility for your growth.
You’re ready to stop abandoning yourself in small everyday ways.
You’re committed to taking small but meaningful action between sessions.
You genuinely want change, even if you don’t yet know what it looks like.
This work may feel frustrating if...
You’re looking for quick fixes or instant transformation.
You want someone to tell you exactly what to do.
You’re unwilling to take action outside our sessions.
You prefer staying in reflection without moving into action.
You’re hoping someone else will “fix” things for you.
You’re not yet ready to be fully honest with yourself.
Maybe this is your sign to stop doing this alone.
If you've read this far, chances are something in you already knows it’s time.
Time to stop overthinking / abandoning yourself / waiting until everything feels perfectly clear.
Sometimes the first act of self-love is simple: Reaching out.
Starting the conversation & letting yourself be supported.
Our first conversation is a space to explore what’s bringing you here, where you feel stuck, and what kind of support would serve you best.
